Hydraulic Power Packs for OEM Circuit and Installation Review

A hydraulic power pack combines a motor, pump, reservoir and valve circuit to supply an equipment function. HydrathPower reviews the required movement, electrical supply and installation envelope to identify a configuration path.

  • Compare AC or DC supply with the available power.
  • Define powered directions and return behavior.
  • Send the schematic and mounting drawing.

Choose the Configuration Path Before Requesting a Build

Use this page to compare power-pack configuration paths, rather than assuming that the same assembly fits every machine. Electrical supply, actuator motion, duty and installation constraints are separate decisions.

State pressure in bar or psi, flow in L/min or US gpm, and travel time in seconds. Identify whether values are measured, calculated or requested. The applicable component data and released drawing establish the final limits.

HydrathPower can review the available inputs before a quotation is finalized. Confirm supplied components, required inspections, documents, commercial terms and delivery scope for the selected configuration. A category label is not evidence of universal compatibility or a particular test result.

Different Hydraulic Power Packs

Coordinate the Circuit, Components and Interfaces
AC Hydraulic Power Packs

AC Power Packs

An AC configuration begins with supply voltage, phase and frequency. Include motor starting, protection, control sequence and the intended duty. Confirm hydraulic operating points and installation requirements with those inputs. Mains supply alone does not establish continuous-duty capability or suitability for a particular machine.

DC Power Packs

A DC configuration needs the battery and charging arrangement, voltage under operating conditions, cable run and starting sequence. Define powered movement and return behavior independently. Record run/rest time and repeated starts. Select the motor, pump and circuit together; a DC label is not an application approval.

Mini Hydraulic Power Packs

Mini Power Packs

A mini configuration focuses on a restricted envelope. Include hose bends, electrical connectors, filling and maintenance clearances, not just the assembly outline. Compare usable oil volume, duty and actuator requirements against the available space. Compact size does not establish low noise or adequate heat rejection.

Mobile Hydraulic Power Power Packs

Mobile Power Packs

A mobile-equipment request should identify vibration, exposure, incline, electrical supply and service access. Define the installation and operating states using the actual machine drawing. Agree on the required environmental and mechanical evidence before release. A photograph or application name does not verify those conditions.

Industrial Hydraulic Power Packs

Industrial Power Packs

For an industrial configuration, provide the process sequence, operating points, available electrical supply and control interfaces. Include sustained-duty and heat-rejection requirements when applicable. Confirm which sensors, filtration, cooling and control components are included in the quoted assembly rather than assuming a standard scope.

Compact Hydraulic Power Packs

Compact Power Packs

A compact configuration combines the required hydraulic functions within the available mounting space. Review reservoir orientation, port positions, cable entry and component-removal access. Compare the complete assembly drawing and duty, rather than choosing by footprint alone. Replacement suitability requires an interface check.

Single Acting Hydraulic Power Packs

Single Acting Power Packs

Single-acting operation powers one direction and uses an external force for return. Identify how the return flow is released and controlled, the required hold state and the response to power loss. The machine geometry determines whether this motion path is suitable; it is not automatically a gravity-lowering safety solution.

Double Acting Hydraulic Power Packs

Double Acting Power Packs

Double-acting operation provides powered movement in both directions. Review cylinder bore, rod diameter, stroke, load and travel time separately for extension and retraction. Include return-flow and holding requirements on the schematic. Powered retraction does not itself establish a fixed speed or load-control performance.

Hydraulic Power Pack CNC

Hydraulic Power Pack Manifold Machining

A manifold request should identify the released circuit, valve cavities, ports, mounting and required material. Provide drawings and revision references for custom interfaces.

  • Align the manifold drawing with the component list.
  • Specify sealing, deburring and cleanliness requirements.
  • Agree on inspection points and supplied records.

The pictured manufacturing equipment illustrates the site’s existing content. It is not a machining-tolerance report or an inspection record for your order.

Hydraulic Power Pack Acceptance Checks

Define acceptance observations before the assembly is released. Identify the specified functions, electrical conditions, pressure, flow and leakage checks that apply to the order.

  • State measurement units and operating conditions.
  • Identify the drawing and component revisions.
  • Agree on the required records and acceptance limits.

Do not infer a universal inspection percentage, cleanliness class or certification from a test-bench photograph.

Hydraulic Power Pack Shipping

Hydraulic Power Pack Shipping

Confirm the packing and documentation requirements for the destination and transport method. Include port protection, handling, storage and the supplied accessory list in the order scope.

Agree on which drawings, wiring information and inspection records accompany the assembly. Installation readiness depends on the equipment interfaces and approved documentation, not on packaging appearance alone.

Arrange a Technical Review

Send the schematic, configuration questions and current drawing revision to HydrathPower. Confirm meeting arrangements and any exhibition participation directly before making travel plans. This page does not establish a recurring attendance schedule.

FAQ

What’s the difference between single and double-acting?

Choose from the required powered directions and return force. Single-acting operation powers one direction; double-acting operation powers both. Define holding, lowering and power-loss behavior separately using the complete circuit. Neither label guarantees a fixed travel speed.

Submit the available AC or DC supply together with the motion, operating point and duty. Confirm the quoted motor, controls and interfaces against those inputs. A requested supply option does not establish the final component rating or operating duration.

Provide the schematic and exact cavity, mounting and port requirements for manifold review. A nominal cavity family or pattern name is not enough to establish interchangeability. Confirm valve references, seals, drawing revisions and acceptance requirements before releasing the assembly.
