Hydraulic Components

Hydraulic Gear Pump

Compact, efficient gear pump for hydraulic power units. Typical displacement 0.5–25 cc/rev and flows 0.5–20+ LPM in micro HPUs, with continuous pressures around 210–250 bar (higher‑duty variants up to ~300 bar). Aluminum bodies with steel internals, BSPP/SAE/NPT ports, and low maintenance. Ideal for scissor lifts, compact HPUs, mobile equipment, and general industrial circuits.

Electric Motor

12V/24V DC motors for mobile HPUs (approx. 0.8–3 kW, S3 duty), or AC options for industrial systems (0.75–3 kW, IP54/55). Matched couplings ensure accurate pump alignment, with typical speeds 2500–3000 rpm. Quiet, reliable starts and robust wiring harnesses make installation simple. Used in tail lifts, scissor lifts, compact machinery, and power unit retrofits.

Reservoir _ Oil Tank

Clean, well‑vented reservoirs from 1–20 L for micro HPUs and 20–100 L for larger systems in steel, aluminum, or engineered plastics. Features include breathers, sight levels, drain plugs, return filter ports, and internal baffles for de‑aeration. BSPP/SAE connections and easy mounting. Supports stable oil supply, heat dissipation, and long component life in mobile and industrial HPUs.

Hydraulic Hand Pump

Manual single‑ or double‑acting hand pumps provide reliable backup or low‑duty operation when power is unavailable. Typical working pressures up to ~210 bar, compact bodies, and fine metering for controlled actuation. BSPP/SAE ports simplify integration. Common in emergency lowering kits, maintenance tooling, portable lifting jacks, and small self‑contained hydraulic circuits.

Hydraulic Remote Pendant

Rugged wired pendant with 2–6 buttons for up/down, hold‑to‑run, and emergency stop. Compatible with 12V/24V DC HPUs, IP65 enclosures, long cable leads, and clear labeling for safe operation. Quick to install and easy to troubleshoot. Ideal for scissor lifts, tail lifts, dock levelers, compact cranes, and general mobile equipment control.

Wireless Remote

Wireless control systems with 433 MHz or 2.4 GHz links, typical range 30–100 m, rolling code security, and fail‑safe stop. 12V/24V receivers mount cleanly on HPUs, with sealed enclosures for outdoor use. Reduce wiring complexity while improving operator mobility. Used on tail lifts, winches, small cranes, dump bodies, and remote service applications.

FAQ

What components make up a hydraulic power unit (HPU)?

  • Gear pump,
  • DC/AC motor,
  • Reservoir,
  • CETOP/D03–D07 manifold,
  • Valves (relief/check/flow/counterbalance),
  • Wired/wireless controls.
How do you size the gear pump and motor for an HPU?

Match pump displacement to target flow at motor speed/duty;

Micro HPUs typically 0.5–20 LPM.

Choose 12V/24V DC for mobile, AC for industrial.

Size to cycle volume plus safety margin; include breather, sight level, drain, return filter port, and baffles for de‑aeration.

Wired pendants are robust and simple;
Wireless adds mobility (30–100 m) with fail‑safe stop and sealed enclosures.

Scissor lifts, dock levelers, tail lifts, material handling, construction equipment, marine boat lifts, and lighting towers.
