Single-Phase Hydraulic Power Packs for Supply and Duty Review

A single-phase hydraulic power pack uses an AC motor, pump, reservoir and valve circuit to supply an equipment function. HydrathPower reviews the single-phase supply, required hydraulic movement and operating cycle for an OEM configuration. Single-phase describes the electrical input, not a fixed pressure, flow or continuous-duty rating.

SINGLE PHASE HYDRAULIC POWER PACK TYPES

120V Hydraulic Power Unit

120V Hydraulic Power Unit

A 120V enquiry needs the actual single-phase supply, frequency, motor requirements and hydraulic operating points. Confirm starting, duty, reservoir and control scope for the equipment.

220V _ 240V Hydraulic Power Pack

220V / 240V Hydraulic Power Pack

For a 220V or 240V path, verify the selected motor connection and frequency against the site supply. Review the required movement, duty and mounting rather than assuming regional compatibility.

Single Phase Hydraulic Power Pack for Car Lift

Car Lift Single Phase Hydraulic Power Pack

A car-lift review needs the machine model, cylinder, mounting and control requirements. This family path is not a safety, certification or replacement approval.

Dock leveler power unit single phase

Dock Leveler Single Phase Power Unit

A dock-leveler review needs deck and lip functions, sequence, cylinders, supply and installation drawing. Confirm the actual circuit and acceptance requirements for the selected machine.

Single-Phase Motor and Equipment Interface Review

HydrathPower reviews the available schematic, equipment drawing and operating inputs for the product path shown here. Identify the interfaces that must stay unchanged and the information needed for engineering confirmation.

Drawings, selected-component documents and agreed acceptance criteria define the project scope. Product photographs are retained for context; they are not a test record, certificate or approved equipment configuration.

Single-Phase Motor and Equipment Interface Review

Confirm the site electrical supply before selecting the motor and pump. Record voltage, frequency, starting requirements and the actual single-phase connection.

Choose cylinder action from the required movement. The electrical phase does not determine whether the equipment needs one powered direction or both.

Confirm voltage and frequency independently

The voltage paths shown on this page are selection references, not evidence that one motor accepts every supply. Match the actual motor documentation to the installation.

Provide frequency, connection details and starting conditions as separate inputs. Supply and motor selection should be reviewed by the equipment electrical designer.

Choose single-acting or double-acting hydraulics

One powered direction with an external return differs from powered extension and retraction. Identify return, stopping and power-loss states on the schematic.

Do not infer safe lowering or holding from cylinder action alone. The complete load-control arrangement must suit the equipment.

Review the cycle rather than a duty label

Record loaded run time, pauses and repeated starts. Include surrounding temperature and ventilation, and distinguish standby from useful hydraulic work.

Confirm the motor and complete power-pack duty from the selected documentation. A single-phase supply is not proof of continuous operation or a universal intermittent cycle.

Check workshop or dock interfaces without assuming fit

Provide the machine drawing, load, cylinder inputs and installation envelope. Include the actual ports, hose route, controls and service access.

A car-lift or dock-leveler family label does not establish dimensional compatibility, safety approval or a replacement match. Confirm those requirements for the equipment.

Send a single-phase selection enquiry

Use the form for the site supply, hydraulic schematic, load and cycle requirements, duty and mounting drawing. Identify required machine documents and any fixed interfaces.

Final motor, pump, reservoir, valves and limits follow the approved project specification. Certification, price and lead time must be confirmed for the actual supply scope.

The enquiry confirms current model information and the project supply scope. Do not treat a past event or product photograph as evidence of a delivered configuration.

What is a Single Phase Hydraulic Power Pack?

A single-phase HPU uses a single-phase AC drive to power a hydraulic pump and circuit. Select it from the actual supply and required equipment operating points. The electrical input does not establish the cylinder action or duty rating.

Single‑phase vs three‑phase: which to choose?

Choose the drive path that matches the available site supply and equipment requirements. Compare the selected motor, operating points, starting and duty under equivalent conditions. Do not assume that phase alone establishes cost, efficiency or continuous operation.

120V vs 220V/240V: how to decide?

Use the actual site voltage, frequency and selected motor documentation. The 120V, 220V and 240V paths shown are not interchangeable by label alone. Confirm starting, protection and wiring requirements for the installation.

Specify whether movement is powered in one direction or both and how return occurs. Show extend, retract, hold and power-loss behavior on the schematic as applicable. Select the valve arrangement from the machine requirement.

Provide the car-lift model, cylinder and mounting information, required operating points and machine control requirements. Confirm compatibility and the complete safety scope with the equipment designer. A general power-pack family page is not a replacement approval.

Provide deck and lip movement, sequence, load, cylinders, supply and mounting inputs. Review the required circuit and stopping states. A single-phase or double-acting label alone does not establish a dock-leveler configuration.

Identify the operator commands, connectors, supply, starting and stop behavior required by the equipment. Confirm the selected wiring and controls against the machine documentation. Do not infer an approved wireless or pendant integration from a general product option.

Use the selected HPU and machine service instructions. Define fluid, filtration, inspection and commissioning requirements for the installation. Bleeding or maintenance must follow the equipment procedure, not a universal online sequence.

Identify the intended market, machine requirements and the actual documents needed for acceptance. Confirm port standards and sealing from the drawing. This page does not establish UL, CE or other certification for every single-phase HPU.
