Als deze krachten niet onder controle worden gehouden of beperkt, kunnen onderdelen van de stromingsenergie beschadigd raken.<\/p>\n<h3>Direct werkende ontlastkleppen<\/h3>\n<p>Direct werkende kleppen kunnen bestaan uit een veer of een kogel, waarbij de ene kant blootstaat aan de systeemdruk en de andere kant wordt tegengehouden door een vooraf ingestelde veerkracht. Het drukdetectiesignaal komt van de stroomafwaartse zijde.<\/p>\n<h3>Pilootgestuurde reduceerventielen<\/h3>\n<p>Bij servogestuurde reduceerventielen wordt de spoel hydraulisch in balans gehouden door stroomafwaartse druk aan beide uiteinden. Sequentiekleppen regelen de volgorde waarin verschillende functies plaatsvinden.<\/p>\n<p>Sequentiekleppen zijn normaal gesloten tweewegkleppen.
